DAY 1 - SEPTEMBER 17 - ARRIVAL IN VALPOLICELLA

Your journey begins in the heart of Valpolicella, where you will be welcomed to Villa della Torre, a magnificent 16th-century Renaissance villa designed by Giulio Romano as a place of wonder and contemplation, nestled among the vineyards and steeped in centuries of history.

Following check-in, you will enjoy a guided tour of the estate and its gardens, discovering its remarkable architecture, fascinating history, and the timeless atmosphere that makes this residence truly one of a kind.

In the evening, you will take part in "Pasta and Its Secrets," an authentic hands-on culinary experience where you will learn the art of crafting fresh handmade pasta under the guidance of Villa della Torre's expert chefs.

At the end of the class, the dishes you have prepared will be served during a memorable dinner in one of the villa's enchanting dining rooms, accompanied by a carefully selected collection of prestigious Valpolicella wines.

DAY 2 - SEPTEMBER 18 - THE ESSENCE OF AMARONE & VERONA

After breakfast, you will visit a winery that stands as a symbol of Amarone and Italian winemaking excellence.

A private tour of the estate's historic cellars will introduce you to the philosophy and traditions behind each label, before continuing with a tasting of its most prestigious wines, accompanied by artisanal cheeses and premium cured meats from one of Valpolicella's renowned local producers.

After returning to the villa, you will have time to relax before departing in the late afternoon for Verona.

Accompanied by a private guide, you will stroll through the city's elegant squares, charming streets, and historic landmarks, discovering the rich heritage of one of Italy's most captivating destinations.

At the end of the tour, we will be delighted to recommend and reserve one of our personally selected restaurants, where seasonal cuisine and the authentic flavors of Veneto will provide the perfect conclusion to your day.

DAY 3 - SEPTEMBER 19 - LAKE GARDA BY PRIVATE BOAT WITH APERITIVO ON BOARD

After breakfast, you will set off to discover Lake Garda from its most captivating perspective: aboard a private boat.

Cruising across its crystal-clear waters, you will admire elegant historic villas, breathtaking natural scenery, and some of the lake's most iconic landmarks, with the opportunity to stop in one of its charming lakeside villages.

During the cruise, you will have time to unwind, enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake, or simply take in the spectacular views before stopping for lunch at one of the lake's picturesque waterfront destinations.

In the afternoon, you will return to Valpolicella and enjoy some free time to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the villa. For those wishing to continue their journey through the flavors of the region, we will be delighted to recommend and reserve one of our personally selected local restaurants.

Please note: Should weather conditions prevent the private boat experience from taking place safely, Etereo Journeys will arrange an alternative experience of equal value and quality, carefully selected to ensure your journey remains just as memorable.

DAY 4 - SEPTEMBER 20 - DISCOVERING THE SOUL OF VALPOLICELLA

After breakfast and check-out, your final morning will be dedicated to discovering one of Valpolicella's most enchanting places.

You will visit the medieval village of San Giorgio di Valpolicella, where a local guide will lead you on a leisurely walk through its ancient streets, panoramic viewpoints, and historic landmarks, sharing the traditions, heritage, and unique character that define this remarkable village.

For guests departing later in the afternoon, we will be delighted to recommend a traditional local trattoria for a farewell lunch, where seasonal cuisine and regional wines provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate, one last time, the authentic flavors of Valpolicella.

This journey is designed for small groups of 2 to a maximum of 6 guests, ensuring a relaxed, authentic, and highly personalized experience.

The trip is open to solo travelers, couples, and small groups of friends.

To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, room sharing between travelers who do not know each other is not provided.

Departure is guaranteed with a minimum of 2 participants.

  • To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by August 25, 2026.

  • If you cancel your booking by August 20, 2026, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • For cancellations made on or after August 21, 2026, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • From September 1, 2026, the total trip cost is non-refundable.
